At Johneecake, we are bringing back the passion of creating delicious and beautiful looking cakes.
John has been a Baker Pastrycook/chef since his teenage years, a second generation to the trade. He’s always had a real love for the excitement of making something amazing for celebrations.
Cakes has always been John’s number one passion starting his own wedding cake business at a young age in Newcastle before relocating to the Gold Coast in the late 90s, working in some of the best and well known Bakeries and Patisseries the Gold Coast had to offer.
Life took a turn towards a mining career but John always kept a finger in the pie when he had time to bake and create for friends and family.
